Shipping & Delivery

Postage & handling is $2.00 per standard AU postage delivery, $4.00 International per order irrespective of number of items, value or destination. We also provide registered and express AU post.

Any overweight or large items that will cost more are identified in that item's description and the additional cost included in the price unless otherwise stated.

We use quality packing materials to minimise risk of damage.

In the unlikely event of an insured consignment being lost, following a successful claim with Australia Post, we will endeavour to replace as much of the order as possible. If the order cannot be replaced, we will refund the full amount paid. If only part of the order can be replaced, the balance amount will be refunded. Refunds will me made using the original payment method; so Paypal payees will receive a credit to their account.

Unless requested otherwise, all items are despatched by airmail. 

Australia Post Insurance is available to most countries at $10 for the first $100 plus $2.50 for each additional $100 or part thereof. Note that insurance cover and cost are subject to Australia Post conditions & may be varied by them at any time.

Registered airmail is available to most countries for $18.00. Note that there is NO tracking information with this service and NO insurance option.

'Express Post' does provide on-line tracking but is only available to a limited number of countries including USA, UK, New Zealand & Ireland. Upon request there are insurance options available as follows:-

Domestic Registered Post - $5.00 cost includes first $100 insurance, anything above $100 the cost is $1.50 extra per $100 up to $5,000.

Express Post - $6.00 standard D L letter up to 500 grams.

Australian Buyers  - despatch to Australian addresses is by non registered standard mail. If you wish to have your products delivered by registered post note that insurance cover & cost is subject to Australia Post conditions & may be varied by them at any time.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with any item purchased, please email us explaining the reason.

If you wish to return an item, you have the following options:

Within 30 days of receipt, return the item for a refund of the full amount paid for that item. Refunds will me made using the original payment method; so PayPal payees will receive a credit to their account.

Within 30 days of receipt, email us with a request that we replace the item. If we can do so, we will confirm by email and invite the return of the original item. If we do not have a suitable replacement, you may choose from one of the other options or wait for an agreed period whilst we endeavour to source a suitable replacement for you.

Within 30 days of receipt, email us indicating that you wish to exchange the item. If you have registered, we will credit the full amount paid for that item to your Store account so that it will be deducted automatically from the total due when you make your new selection. If your new selection is for a lesser amount, the difference will remain as a credit and deducted from your next purchase unless you request that it be refunded.

GST

This business is currently not required to be registered for GST & as such no GST is charged on purchases. Australian based resellers may still be able to claim a tax credit - your accountant will be able to advise you. 

The following appears on the ATO website:

'Second hand goods'

You can claim a GST credit for any second-hand goods you buy from unregistered suppliers for the purposes of sale or exchange but not for manufacture (even though GST is not included in the price of the goods), provided you meet certain conditions. '
